2021-2022 Course Schedules

Lucerna Academy is committed to the Socratic discussion method in its classes. In order to provide a dynamic discussion for all students, we limit our discussion courses to an average of ten students per section.
All other courses also have limited enrollment.

Based on the award-winning Tapestry of Grace homeschool curriculum, Lucerna Academy provides a classical Christian education using an integrated unit study approach, with the history of the world as the core organizational theme. Rather than studying subjects independently, students study the literature, geography, and worldview of a people as they also study the history of that people, making rich connections and achieving a deeper understanding of the people, their lives, and their literature.

PARALLEL STUDIES REQUIREMENT: Due to the nature of our Tapestry of Grace courses, if your child is enrolled in one of our year-plan Tapestry writing courses at the dialectic or rhetoric level, your child needs to also be enrolled in one of the Lucerna History courses online or be studying Tapestry History on a schedule that parallels ours. See our schedule HERE.
