Introducing Tapestry of Grace Movie Clubs! These short movie clubs are timed to coincide with TOG studies and feature classic films set in the time period being studied. We're offering three movie clubs this school year and hope to add movie clubs for all yearplans in the future.
Year 4, Units 1-2 Classic Movie Club: The Turn of the Century through the 1930s
In this eight-week club, adults and students will be introduced to the best of classic movies set between the turn of the century and the 1930s. We will get to enjoy two movies each week, including one which we will watch together in the digital classroom, and one which you can watch with your family on your own time. Each week, we will get together to discuss the movies, share ideas, and learn history and fun facts. Most films will be provided to you online, free of charge.
There is no overlap with the movie clubs—each one offers unique films. If you miss a meeting or have to leave early, don’t worry—links to each film (including the one we watch together) will be sent out to you via email.
If you’re studying or teaching Tapestry of Grace, this club coincides in subject and timing with Weeks 1-13 of Year 4, so you can enjoy movies set in the era you’re learning about.

Join us as we get into the Christmas spirit with some heartwarming and fun films!
