2023-2024 Important Dates

Enrollment Opens for Current Lucerna Families:     Wednesday, February 15, 2023
General Enrollment Opens:     Wednesday, February 22, 2023
Regular Enrollment* Ends for Fall & Full-Year Courses:     August 1, 2023

* A late registration fee of $25/course will be applied for students enrolling in fall and full-year courses after August 1, 2023. Course withdrawals after August 1, 2023 will not receive a refund. Late registrants (those who register after August 1, 2023) are not eligible for tuition refunds. 

Course Schedules Set:    First week of August, 2023

We notify students and their parents if there is enough enrollment to host their class, and teachers send welcome letters for all courses that we will host.

New Student Online Learning Session:    Thursday, August 17, 2023, from 3-4 pm ET

A quick drop-in session so students new to Lucerna Academy can learn to use our online classroom and learning management software and be sure their equipment works well with our online classrooms.

Orientation Week:    August 21-25, 2023

Orientation for each class will be held on the weekday and time of the regular class.

New Parent Orientation:    Tuesday, August 22, 2023, from 4-5 pm ET

Orientation for parents who are new to Lucerna Academy to learn how to monitor grades, communicate with teachers, etc.

Fall and Full-year Classes Begin:    Monday, September 4, 2023

Since Monday, September 4, 2023, is a holiday, Monday classes that week will not meet. However, there will be assignments due that week. Students will get all the details at their orientation.

Thanksgiving Break:    November 20-24, 2023

Christmas Break:    December 19-29, 2023
