We are grateful to celebrate more than fifteen years serving homeschool families with dynamic, live online classes that provide students with a classical Christian education permeated with a biblical worldview. Over the last fifteen school years, Lucerna Academy teachers have welcomed students from every state in the Union and over a dozen countries worldwide. 

Our journey began in 2010 when we were founded by Lampstand Press, the publishers of the award-winning Tapestry of Grace homeschool curriculum. In 2020, we were excited to strike out on our own as Lucerna Academy and have since expanded to provide a variety of classes to meet your needs. Whether you prefer a classical Christian education with the history of the world as the core organizational theme or traditional courses that fit well into a conventional course of study, you're sure to fit right in at Lucerna Academy!

Lucerna Academy was founded out of a heart for overseas workers and military families who do not have access to local homeschool families with whom to discuss their studies. More than fourteen years later, our Lucerna families can be found in every state in the Union and many locations abroad. With a diverse student population, our classes foster rich Socratic discussions, as we look for God's fingerprint in every subject we study.
